I saw a web site (http://funmandarin.com/) about a daycare center in
Sunnyvale, San Francisco bay area. They offers Mandarin Enrichment
program.

Unlike the traditional Chinese school which targets the 2nd generation
of Chinese-American, the program seems more open to non-Chinese
background.
